1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ppvpi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ppvpi website located at https://ppvpi.io and all associated services, products, and features made available therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the platform, placing any bet or wager, or making any deposit, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users of the ppvpi platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface.

ppvpi reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any part of the ppvpi platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. ppvpi strictly prohibits the use of its services by any person under the age of 21.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ppvpi is lawful in your jurisdiction. ppvpi makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ppvpi. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited.

2.4 Personal Use Only. You may only use your ppvpi account for personal, non-commercial purposes. Operating on behalf of a third party, using automated systems, or acting as an agent for another person is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering your ppvpi account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Verification (KYC). ppvpi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or driver's licence — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time ppvpi deems necessary.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ppvpi will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.4 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ppvpi support immediately at [email protected]. ppvpi will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account.

3.5 Account Currency. All ppvpi accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no option to hold a balance in a foreign currency. All deposits, wagers, wins, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and settled in BDT.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ppvpi currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. ppvpi reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on ppvpi is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Matching. For anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. ppvpi reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. ppvpi aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. ppvpi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Transaction Fees. ppvpi does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which ppvpi accepts no liability.

4.6 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your ppvpi account are your own personal funds and are not derived from any criminal activity. ppvpi complies with anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions where required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. ppvpi offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in eligible bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's individual promotion terms.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on ppvpi contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion's terms expressly permit otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in violation of this clause will result in the additional bonuses being voided.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. ppvpi reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate any account, where ppvpi determines at its reasonable discretion that a player has abused a promotional offer. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on ppvpi is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on ppvpi, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh home series), football, kabaddi, and snooker, are subject to ppvpi's Sports Betting Rules. Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with those rules. ppvpi reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, ppvpi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. ppvpi will not honour any bet outcome that results from a verifiable system error or technical fault.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on ppvpi. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by ppvpi at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ppvpi and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account per individual player
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies to generate guaranteed profits
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials without their explicit consent
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or location
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using ppvpi for money laundering purposes
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage strategies designed solely to extract value from promotional offers
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppvpi staff or other players through any communication channel

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 ppvpi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost via the account dashboard.

8.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

8.3 Session Time Limits. Players may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out. ppvpi also displays session time and net win/loss information within the player dashboard during active sessions.

8.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop gambling for a defined period may request a self-exclusion of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, no new deposits will be accepted and no promotional offers will be extended. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

8.5 ppvpi is an entertainment platform. Gambling is not a reliable source of income. Players are encouraged to gamble only with money they can afford to lose, and to seek help immediately if gambling ceases to be enjoyable. For adults aged 21 and above only.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ppvpi platform — including but not limited to the ppvpi brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ppvpi or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the ppvpi platform or its content without the prior written consent of ppvpi. Unauthorised use of ppvpi's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

ppvpi collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ppvpi uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience.

ppvpi does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers necessary for platform operation (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers) and with regulatory authorities where legally required.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 ppvpi provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ppvpi takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, ppvpi does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvpi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 ppvpi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the ppvpi platform.

12. Termination

ppvpi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if ppvpi reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that your use of the platform poses a risk to ppvpi or other players, or that continued operation of your account would be contrary to ppvpi's obligations under applicable law.

Upon termination of your account for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited at ppvpi's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13. Amendments

ppvpi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ppvpi will notify registered players via the registered email address or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of ppvpi after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial contract law applicable in the context of the player's jurisdiction of residence. ppvpi operates as an international entertainment platform and does not make specific representations about the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure compliance with applicable local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ppvpi's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
